Each tank cooks 25 pounds per hour so food is always hot and ready to go. Constructed of durable stainless steel, the unit has a faucet for easier draining.
The thermostat control switch ranges from 120° to 375°F. This commercial deep fryer is ideal for cooking french fries, chicken wings, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, egg rolls, fried pickles and more.
The unit includes two fryer baskets. Each tank holds up to 6 liters of oil and each tank has its own 6' grounded cord.
